Exposure Resolution

Rocky Mountain Arsenal

Tax exposure exists when tax liabilities have not been discovered by a tax authority. Colorado Sales Tax Services, P.C. can help you resolve sales/use tax exposure and potentially recover sales tax from vendors and customers. Exposure resolution typically includes voluntary disclosure agreements, payment plans, and/or penalty abatements. The approach to exposure resolution depends on your specific circumstances.

Colorado Sales Tax Services, P.C. can also help you resolve sales/use tax liabilities that are known by a tax authority. The process is very similar but the available tools may be limited. For example, many tax authorities do not enter into voluntary disclosure agreements if they are aware of a business's tax liabilities.
